Yesterday on 03.12.2017, I travelled from Muzaffarpur to INVT, Delhi by train No. 12557, S2, 33 PNR No. 610-7709255, SaptaKrantiExpress, when I had a glimpse of ‘hell’. Some facts are listed below:
1. Ham 79 baris ke, peshab khaatir gushalkhaanaa jaat raheee`, baakir jai`tee kaise 3-4cm jagaho naa rahe, eh sleeper me`, kasahu` girat-paRat jab gushalkhaanaa pahucanee, ta jinagee me` seedhaa ‘Narak’ ke darshan kaini. Ohee Narak me` aapan yogadaan deke feru girat-paRat seet pa aini.
Ham rawaa ke eh ‘Narak’ ke darshan kare ke kabahee` naa kahab. Baaki 24 ghantaa ke Tre~n yaatraa me` eko safaai karamcaari ke darshan naa bhail.
I am 79 year old, and to go to the Toilet in the train was a Hurculian task; not even 4cm space was available to go to Toilet. Twice I was about to fall. All along on the passage people were sleeping.
2. The Toilet was hell.
Ham ghuTanaa kharaabi ke calate Anreji ToaeleT ke prayog kareni. Flush naakaamil rahe. Pooraa satah pa gandaa paani pasaral rahe.
I use commode. Flush was not working, but toilet floor was full of foul water.
No any cleaner was seen in 24h journey.
3. Ek kap caah jekaraa gilaas pa chapal baa R7, oh khaatir R10 lel gail. R7 delaa pa becanihaar bhaag jaat rahe.
A cup of tea on which prominantly price was written, but sold at R 10. They used to flee away, when I tried to offer R 7.
4. The 3- Tier Sleeper bogy was filled almost double its capacity.
Why?
In the 'Reserve Compartment' uncounted, uncontrolled ‘Ticketless persons’ enter the Reserved Sleeper, who are allowed to travel as an authorized travelers, after paying the charges with fine, without even identity verification, juat money, money. money ...
As I remember, this rule was passed in Parliament to earn money by railways by past congress government.

One such measure could be > Attach a few sleeper bogies in each train, in which all "Ticket-less Travellers" be accommodated.
>> Regarding cleanliness, and price of Tea and Water bottle strict vigilance is needed.

The series of new measures and rules changing every now and then, jeopardises 'Stability' effecting buisiness and industries.

Starting GST applicable to all buisiness, claiming that this will equalis prises of goods and sevices. How ever many shops even now charge differen amount for the goods of the same amount and brand!!!
