practically appointed by the Prime Minister and his Cabinet. Under the
circumstances where is Judiciary and Executive independent? This practice must

of Executive and to stop temptation to legislatures of acquiring power by

coonaav Swatantra roop se hokhe na ki PM aur Kabinet ke sujhaav ke anusaar. Sab

[To make Judiciary independent, the Chief Justice
of the Supreme Court must be made by some independent system. The appointment
of all the Constitutional Posts shoud be done by an independent organisation or
system.]

Election make changes in the Constitution of India by Referendum to achieve the above, instead of providing such right to ‘Middle Men’ like MPs and
MLAs for corrupt politics.]
