[After completing 100 days rule, on 25.05.2015, Delhi CM Arwind Kejriwal held Public Cabinet Meeting in Connaught Place, the heart of the city which was attended by 1000s of people. Now he is moving towards full Statehood for Delhi. CM Kejriwal exulted in a High Court Ruling saying: Delhi's Anti-corruption Branch, ACB will report to his Govt, the the LG Najeeb Jung is "bound to act upon the aid and advice the Council of Ministers". and LG must respect the verdict of the people. On the notification of MHA, HC said it is "suspect".

LG, a representative of Centre has no business in interfering in day to day working of a  Democratically installed Delhi Govt of AAP..]

SC: There is no stay on observations by the High Court which termed the 21 May Centre's notification as suspect.]

Delhi HC on   said that Delhi Lt Governer must act on the "aid and advice of the Council of Ministers of Delhi and mandate of the people be must respected by the Lt Governer in respect of matters which fall within the domain of the Legislative Assembly".
