Uupar ke paripex me` ab dekhee` Bhaarat me DD ke kamaal. Bahut din pahile Bhaarat ke purabi bhaag me` Magadh raaj ke ber Gangaa jee se Uttar me` ego DD rahe jekaraa ke log "Licchawee Janatantra" kahat rahan. Ehi DD ke raaj-nacaniyaa‘Amrapaali’ Bhagwaan Budd a ke pahili Shishyaa banali.

Ee "Licchawee Janantantra" shaayad Sansaar ke pahilaa DD hokhe!!!

[In context of the above, now let us see the advent of DD in India. Long ago near  the State of Magadh spreading from Vang to Afghaanistan, there was a DD known as “Licchavi Janatantra”. ‘Amrapali; the State Dancer of this Janatantra became the 1st disciple of Bhagwan Buddh. This “Licchavi Janatantra” is possibly the 1st DD, ‘Direct Democracy’ of the World.]

SRA ke kuch praantan chaahe jeelaa me DD dekhal jaa sakelaa.

Aaj Bhaarat ke Dilli Prant me`, Laghu Bhaarat me` DDD ta naikhe, baakir DDD banaawe khaatir uuhaa` ke MM Arvind Kejriwaal jee-jaan se laagal baaRe.

[Today in whole of the World, Switzerland has a good DD, Direct Democracy.

In some states or Districts of USA also DD is present.

Today in Delhi State of India, in Mini India as told by PM Modi,  although there is no DDD, but Delhiites and CM Arvind Kejriwal of Delhi are trying their level best to establish DDD. ] 

Asal me` Dilli ke janataa ke DDD se Prem ho gail baa, tabahee` ta Dilli ke janataa Kejri jee ke AAP ke karib 95% manguptaa voT de ke DDD banaawe khaatir aapan  mat delan.

[In fact, Delhiites or Mini India have started loving DDD, 'Delhi Direct Democracy', that is why they voted  95% and installed AAP-Delhi Govt 

led by CM Arvind Kejriwal.] 

Eh DDD ke bane aa kaam kare me` sab se baR baadhaa baa 'BhrasTaacaar' aa "Bhrast raajanaitik Pranaali" je kar aadhaare baa Bhrastaacaar  kaahe ki eh pranaali me`"rrp PM ke pad pa  uu aajaalan, jaise taise, yena kena prakaarena". 

[In formation of DDD and working the greatest impediment i 'Corruption' including 'Politically Corrupt System' started since independence of India, in which "the rrp or PM acquires the post by hook and by crook and by F & F means."]

Eehe BhrasT, ajanataantrik aa saral-galal pranaali baa, je Dilli me` DDD ke asal awrodhak banal baa. 

[Such corrupt, undemocratic and rotten system, which has become the main obstacle for DDD.]

Aise ta~ Janatantra ke anek bhed baaran sa, baakir DD ke baate alag baa. DD me` Naagrik har mukhya visay aa samasyaa ke samaadhaan  'Janmat Sangrah' ka ke karelan. [Normally Democracy has many forms, however DD is quite something. In DD for all main issues and problem referendum is made from the citizens of the territory concerned. Janamatasangrah may be approval of the Govt. or may be by the public only.]

Janatantra ke Mukhya Bhed: [Main Types of Democracy]:

1. Adhyaxeey Janatantra: [Presidential Form of Democracy]:

     Eh me` Adhyax ke naagrik Pratyax caahe Apratyax roop se ka sakelaa. Jaise: SRA, Rus aadi me`. Eh me` Adhyax caahe PresiDenT ke pooraa adhikaar holaa Saasan kare me`. Cinet, MP ke kaam Niyam banaawe ke holaa aa Adhyax ke kaam pa nigraanio rakh sakelaa janataa ke hak me`.. [Citizens elect the President directly or indirectly who acquires full powers to run the Government. Cinet, MPs make laws and pass the economic bills.]

2.   Sansadeey Janatantra: [Parliamentary Democracy]:

        Sansadeey Janatantra me` Sansad sab se uupar holaa.

      Ee kavano janatantra naa ha asal me`, kaahe ki eh me` "Kehu Lok Shabhaa ke` Netaa 'Yena kena Prakaaren' ban ke 'rrp' caahe Pradhaan  Mantri, PM ban jaalan. Eehe` se bhrasTaacaar shuru ho jaalaa eh pranaali me`.  [ "The Leader of the Lower House of the Parliament becomes the "really ruling person", rrp  or PM by hook and by crook, by fair and faul means"; and not only this s/he (rrp or PM) has to aquire various techniques or make temptations like making him/her a minister to remain the PM; as if these MPs are the people of the country. This breeds lot of corruptions. eg.UK, where it is as a Preliminary Democracy, India where it is a name shake Democracy decieving people and breeding corruption....]

3. Asal Janatantra: [Real Democracy]:

           Asal Jantantra me` citizen ke "Divide & Rule" ke saath  bhrasT tareekaa ke upyog naa kail jaay. Here Janatanta suru holaa gaa`v se: Gram Pancaayat jekar Sadasya sab G`aava vaasi Panca aa Mukhiaa ke seedhaa coonaav karele. [In real democracy "Divide and Rule" policy is not used with citizens. Here people are go on Uniting from Villages to Blocks;  Blocks to Districtsm to States; States to Country level.]

           Graam Pancaayat ke Sadasya log Blok Level ke coonaaw karele, jekar sadasya log Jilaa caahe DistrikT star ke sadasyan ke coonaaw karelan. Fer ee DisTrikT star ke sadasya log State aa desh star ke  Sadasyan ke coonaaw karelan, jahaa` desh ke Adhyax caahe PresiDenT / Presidiam ke coonaaw holaa. Eh pranaali me` khaali 'joRal jaalaa' 'divide aa rule' paulisi naa. 

** Ab dekhee` "Calani H`sali Soop ke jekaraa Sahassar go Ched" Eehe kahaaut Pacchimi logan pa jamataa je "Divide and Rule" pa aadhaarit Saasan ke janatantra kahelan. [There is a Bhojpuria saying "How can a Shieve laugh on a wel-nit separator, who have numerous holes!!!"]
