Fire started at ~1.00 am and could not be controlled and continued for about 24 hrs.

Possibly 80 person died.

The tower burnt due to use of flamable pannels.

About 600  towers have similar inflamable pannels.

Looks the design of the Tower was unsafe.

Why people got trapped? 

Was there no fire escape ladders , stairs.

Residents stepped down safely within 15 min say in each case, and thefire was extinguished within 15 - 20 min by the residents themselves with extinguishers each time, much before arrival of the FF Team.

People must be alert everywhere.

Tower must be designed earh-quake and Fire-froof with escape ladders / stairs.

Roof top must be suitable for helicopter risking for Tower over 20 floors. ...
