In today’s lesson we shall talk about the sources, production and uses of Energy.

Ø Except Nuclear, 

“Coal, Petroleum, Natural Gas”, Geothermal and  Tidal, the source of all other forms of Energy is 

the Sun.

Ø Incidentally many think: 

“Coal, Petroleum, Natural Gas” are formed by the burying of ‘plants, trees, and or other living things’ deep inside the Earth and due to high temperature and pressure there, after 100s of 1000s of years the same got transformed into “coal etc”.

Ø Ridiculus!

Ø Who says ‘Carbon’, ‘C’ in the Earth is from ‘Plants only’, 

is ‘Silicon’, ‘Si’ from some ‘Plant’, is ‘Sulphur’ from some ‘Plant’; then ‘Carbon’, ‘C’ from ‘Plants’!!

Then, ‘Carbon’, ‘C’ of “Diamond Planet” is also from ‘Plants’!!!

‘Ha! Ha!! Haa!!! 

Ø In case the Earth and the ‘Moon of the Earth’ is from the Sun itself, we may say that

all forms of Energy on the Earth is the Sun.
