There is no particlar mension of Reincarnation in Rigveda, however here and there it is mensioned that after the death nothing vanishes, they just change their form which is a Scientific truth.

(b) Description: Cut 4,5 branches of a rose plant. 
> Obviouusly, the Jeevatmaa remains in the mother plant.
> Cut the branches slanting into 30cm to 40cm pieces to get about 10,12 pieces in all.
> Plant them inclined in the fertile moist soil bed specially prepared, about 2/4th under the soil.
(c). Keep sprinkling water every day twice.
> After 2  to 3 weaks you will find the branches of rose-plants develop into new baby-plants about 9-10 of them. 
Prayogafalam: Paatalasya ekaam Jeevaatmaam chindyitvaa anekaan karane safalam. 
Yena Jeevatmaa-Atmaa Siddhaantam asafalamabhavat.
bho: Nateejaa: Gulaab ke ego Jeevaatmaa ke kaaT ke 9-10 Jeevaatmaa sab banaa diyaail.
Eh se Jeevaatmaa - Atmaa ke Siddhaant asafal ho gail.
Result: Out of 1 Jeewaatma of the mother rose-plant, 9-10 Jeewatmaas are created by cutting a part of the main or Mother jaavatmaa. 
Thus the 'Jeevatmaa Theory' fails.
