< Paanc? Janatantra khaatir 5 aadhaarbhoot Prashna.>
< Five? Fundamental Questions for Democracy >

The  essence of Democracy lies in the continuous 'Rule By The People' without surrendering their rights i.e. with 'Right to Recall' their elected representatives whenever desired.

In view of above essential requirement of Democracy we find that the "really ruling person(s)", rrp must be directly elected by the people in keeping with the above essence.

The Fundamental Questions on Democracy are >>>

[1] Why there be Middle-Men / Women between the Citizens and the Rulers, rrp called by any name like:  President(s), Prime Minister, or Chancellor.

[2] Why shouldn't the Citizens directly elect theirs rrp completely avoiding the Middle-Men / Women even with progress of electronic communication means?

[3] Why should 51 % rule over 49 % and forcibly impose their opinion over 49 %, as advocated by the West?

[4] Why can't we make a referendum to decide a list showing >>>  Do's and Don't Do's with 100 % agreement of Citizens of a country, to start with,
>>> completely avoiding controversial points? Let the people follow the same List.

[5] Why can't one have complete freedom of expression, movement and sharing of available resources according to and limited to the need of the people?
........................................................

**    Pascimi deshan se Janatantra pa ego Asal Prasna >>>
    [A Prime Question to the West on Democracy ]

    >>> Janatantra ke naav pa 45% pa 51% ke raaj kaahe?
    [In the name of Democracy, why should 51% rule over     49%?]
    >>> Bahu daleey Janatantra me` ta~ 20 - 25 % raaj karelaa 75 - 80 % pa.  Ab ee kaa Janatantra bhail? [In a multi-party democracy, even 20 -25 % may rule over 75 - 89 %. Now can it be called a democracy. Should it be called a democracy?]
>>> People's views, welcome.
