"Utkhanan se praapta sabuto`aur pauraanik awasheso` ke vishleshan se Bhaarateey Puraatatva Sarvexan Vibhaag is neernaya par pahucaa ki Baabari Masjid ke neece ek Mandir thaa. Illaahaabaad Ucca Nyaayaalay ke Lakhnaw benc bhee isee neernaya par pahuchi." Credit: 'Dainik Jagran' Mujaffarpur. i.e.
On the basis of analysis of proves of the findings of the diggings of Indian Archiological Survey of India, it was concluded that there was a temple under the Babari Mosk. The Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court also came to the same conclusion.
