Wasn't it inhuman for Bhojpuri Speakers and suicidal for UPA to deprive the development of 15 % Bhojpuri Speaking person of India by:

The result of such suicidal act of UPA oppressing over 33 % of people of UP, Bihar, Jharkhand and Delhi is in front of them. Are they not completely wiped off the NCT Govt.]
