In Abu Dhabi  the neighbouring countries, UN Representative Cobler, 'EU Planted' Libyan PM Seraj, 'Libyan Law Makers' supported Marshal Haftar met first time in the meet.

A main point of difference was that UN's Mr Cobler PM Seraj need the authority of appointements of military personnel; which will ultimately result into weakening of "Libyan National Army" of the Marshal.
