in English the words "Janatatra" or "Lokatantra"
"However, in case a country remains Janataanrik in her country, but goes on attacking or ruining other countries killing people, even for making them Janatantrik", how can they remain 'Janatantrik'; since by and large
'Jana' = Mankind as a whole.
In English there is no word equivalent to 'Janatantra'.

which is far from reality. Factually >
'Democracy' = 'Demonstration-cracy' i.e. the system of "Government where people can 'demonstrate' against the Ruler" asking for their demand(s), even if the country be a Kingdom / Monarchy: it can be called 'Democratic',
e.g. 'United Kingdom', India, Germany of 2017.
But there is no 'Democracy' in a country like
