**      ‘rrp’, Bhaarat ke ‘really ruling person’ yaani PM aur unkar Mantrian ke, kaa des ke eko citizen cunale baa?

          Ta~ ee des ke ‘rrp’ kaise ban gailan??

          Ee kaa janatantra bhail???

          [Has any citizen of India has given vote for election of the ‘rrp’, the ‘really ruling person’ i.e. PM and his Ministers?

          Then how he has become the ‘rrp’ of the country??

          What is this Democracy???]  

  

**      Aisan pranaali je me` “’really ruling person’ yaani ‘asal ruler’ eh Post par Jaise-taise caD* jaalan’ Bicaulian ke khareed-Bikri, JoR-toR ka ke, aur je me` log ke coonaav se pahile eh aadmi ke naavo naa bataawal jaay” ke kaahe naa door bhagaa del jaay?

[People should throw out the system in which: "Really Ruling Person", 'rrp' acquires the post by hook and crook and fare and faul means; and 'which ensures that people must not know who is going to Rule the Country', but they must vote blindly. JoR toR and kharid farost of Bicaulia, 'Middle Men', MPs must continue.]

[ (Without any Middlemen between people and   Ruleer) In this, following matters is essential for DD; particularly in a large country like India.]

                                               

                        (1) 'rrp' ke Seedhaa Coonaaw: ['rrp' must be by Direct Democracy:]

                                    'rrp' kam se kam 2 aur jaadaa se jaadaa 11,

                                    [The minimum no of 'rrp' should be 2 and maximum 11]

                                    'rrp', 'really ruling perso(s)' (je PresiDenT, Adhyax, Prime                                                                        Minister, Chancelor, Chairman, Vice-, Up-  aadi kawano sthaan                                                 hokhe) SiTizen ke seedhaa bahumat ke aadhaar par coonaaw                                                    se niyat samay khaatir banal hokhe; aur jekaraa ke kabahu`o                                                      'LauTaawe' ke praavadhaan hokhe.

                                    ['rrp', 'really ruling person(s)' (who can be called President,                                                       Adhyax, Prime Minister, Chancellor, Chairman, Vice-, Up- etc)                                                   has / have to be elected by the people Directly with largest                                                             vote scores among the contestants for a designated period or                                                      'Call Back' passed for the particular person as already                                                                  stipulated.]

           

                                    (2) ' LauTaawal': 'rrp' chaahe kawano coonal Sevak, vyakti ke                                                    'niyat samay' ke pahilahi` ciTizen se 'LauTaawe' khaatir                                                              niscit praavidhaan hokhe. 

                                    ['Call Back': 'rrp' or any other elected person can be called                                                        back from the position by the stipulated way even before the                                                   assigned period.]

                        (3) 'Vidhaayikaa': [Legislature:]

Samvidhaan ke banaawe caahe oh me` badlaaw seedhe oh                    xetra ke Janataa, CiTizen ke Janamatsangrah se hokhe ke caahi`.

[For making Constitution or for revising the same, the Referendum of the people of the concerned Area is required.]

                       

Vidhaayikaa ke sadasyan ke Salary, Bhattaa aadi ke nirdhaara0Ia                      seedhe Janamatsangrah se hokhe ke caahi`.

[The salary and allowances of the Legislatures have to be decided by the Referendum of the people of the Area.]

Kawano khaas janahit ke nir0Iay Janmatsangra se hokhe ke       caahi`.

Vidhaayikaa ke mukhya kaam khaali niyam banaawe ke hokhe ke caahi`, je me` roj roj ke niyam banaaweke hokhe ke caahi`.

[The main duty of the Legislatures will be to make laws for normal work.]

Vidhaayikaa ke kawano sadaya Mantri Aadi naa hokhe ke caahi`. Vidhaayikaa ke Karyapaalikaa ke kaam naa kare ke caahi`, jasan gaDDam gaDD abhi Bhaarat me` hotaa. Balihaari Bhaarat ke sambidhaan banaavewaalaa oh log ke.

[None of the members of Legislatures shall become Minister etc, since legislatures shouldn’t do the job of the Executives as they do now in India. This present practice infuses a sort of temptation in them, as each MP or MLA is tempted to be a minister by oiling PM 0r CM.

Presntly how can we say that Legislative and Executives are independent?]

                        (4) 'Nyaaypalikaa': [Judiciary:]

Naaypaalikaa ke swatantra raakhe khaatir ee jaroori baa ki kawano nyaayaadhish ke bahaali, kawano kaaryapaalikaa ke log naa kare, caahe uu Mukhya Nyaayaadheeshe kaahe naa hokhas.

[To keep Judiciary and Executive independent, it is necessary that none of the Judge is appointed by Executive(s).]

Bhaarat me` aaj Pradhaan nyaayaalay ke Pramukh Naayaadheesh ke bahaali vyavahaarik roop se PM aur Mantrimandal ke anya loge karelaa. Ta~ kaa Nyaaypaalikaa aur Kaaryapaalikaa swatantra baa Bhaarat me`?

[In India today Chief Justice of Supreme Court is practically appointed by the Prime Minister and his Cabinet. Under the circumstances where is Judiciary and Executive independent? This practice must stop.

(5) Bhaarat me` PresiDenT, Pradhaan Mantri, Uppradhaan Mantri, auru kamse kam 30 Kendreeya Mantriyan ke coonaav (har Praant se ago mantri, baRhan prantan se 2 go) seedhe Nagarik logan se hokhe ke caahi`.

            [In India Prime Minister, Vice President, and 30 Central Ministers are required to be elected Directly by the Citizens by higher scores.]

            Ehi tarah se Prantan me` Mukhya Mantri, Upmukhya Mantri aadi ke coonaav hokhe ke caahi`.

            [Accordingly In India, Mukhya Mantri and Upmukhya Mantri have to be elected directly in each Praant.]

PaaTh-49:

1.      Bhaarat me` log alag alag praantan me` alag alag din ke baris ke suru manelan, jaise Vikram Samvat, Bengaali barza, Panjaabi Varza, Hizri San, MaraaThi Varza, Tamil Varza, Isavi jekaraa ke KhrizTyaabdo kahal jaalaa.       

          Agilaa Paath se eh par jaadaa likhal jaai.

          [In India people living in different areas use different date as their New Year, for example Vikram Samvat, Bengali Barsa, Panjabi Varsa, Hizri San, marathi Varsa, Tamil Varsa, Christian Year.

2. Neece likhal baat par Bhaarat ke ‘Nirvaacan Aayog’ aur ‘Supreme Court’ ke, janhit me` dhyaan debe ke caahi`:

[The ‘Election Commission’ and the ‘Supreme Court’ of India should note the following in the public Interest:]

[‘2014 General Election in India: Referendum]:

"Bhaarat ke ‘Sri: 9114 ke Aam Coonaav’ me` neece likhal baat sab ke nipTaaraa hokhe ke caahi`:

[In the ‘2014 AD General Election’, decision on the following points should be made:]

(1) Janataa apanaa ‘rrp’, ‘Pradhaan Mantri’ aur ’Uppradhaan Mantri’; aur Praant sab me` ‘Mukhya Mantri’ aur ‘Upmukhya Mantri’ ke swayam apne coonaav kare ke praavadhaan ; aur baRahan gaR baR kailaa par unkaa ke janataa se 'LauTaawe ke Praavadhaan' kare khaatir aisan nirnaya khaatir Janmatsangrah, aur ekaraa khaatir Samvidhaan me` badlaaw kaahe Naa kare?

>>> Ee Judiciary aur Executive ke gaDDam gaDD ke hataawe khaatir jaroori baa.

(2) Janmatsangra: MP aur MLA logan ke PM, CM, Mantri bane par rok.

Ee jaroori baa taaki Vidhaayikaa aur Kaaryapaalikaa swatantra hokhe, aur Mantri bane ke oh log ke laalac naa hokhe.

[Referendum: to stop MPs, MLAs to become PM, CMs, Ministers.

This is necessary to make Judiciary independent of Executive and to stop temptation to legislatures of acquiring power by becoming Ministers.]

(3) Nyaaypaalikaa ke Kaaryapaalikaa se Swatantra kare khaatir Bhaarat ke Suprim korT ke Pramukh Nyaayaadheesh ke coonaav Swatantra roop se hokhe, naa ki PM aur Kabinet ke sujhaav ke anusaar. Aur sab dosar Samvaidhyaanik Pado par bahaali swatantra Sansthaa, pranaali se hokhe ke caahi`.

[To make Judiciary independent of Executive, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court must be made by some independent system. The appointment of all the Constitutional Posts shoud be done by an independent organization or system.]

[People and Parties should join together and in 2014 General Election make changes in the Constitution of India by Referendum to achieve the above, instead of providing such right to ‘Middle Men’ like MPs and MLAs who mostly do corrupt politics.]

Janataa aur parTian ke ekjuT ke uupar ke nirnayan ke anusaar Janmatsangrahe ke saath Samvidhaan me` jaroori badlaawo ke praavidhaan; taaki Bichaulian ke Bhrast raajneeti ke khaatmaa ho.

[According to the decisions along with the Referendum, the decision on the relevant revision of the Constitution be made to get rid of the corrupt politics of the ‘Middle Men’.]

3.1    Pratyay: vaa, iyaa: ke prayog oh Shabd par ‘Jor’ caahe ‘mahatva’ caahe ‘mahatvo’ debe khaatir kail jaalaa.

Ee Pratyay ta~ Rusio me` baRaa dekhal jaalaa, khaas kar ke uu`haa ke naav sab ke ant me`,

jaise ‘Sharmaatovaa Airport’ me` -tovaa ke vaa dekhi`.

‘Taanyaa’ Rusi laRaki ke naav me` -nyaa ke –niaa jaisane bolal jaalaa.

‘Paaltovaa’ ago Rusi dekhe waalaa jagah.

Khruschov naav me` -ov kuch –vaa jaisane laagelaa.

Agilaa Paath me` ee Pratyay par jaadaa likhal jaai.

3.2    Pratyay: o, e

          Kawano shabd par Jor debe khaatir '0' caahe 'e' se                              kaam kail jaalaa. Jaisan ki uupar 'mahatvo' likhal baa, 

jor devekhaatir, jekar eeho maane   holaa ki 'mahatva bhi' (Hindi) = mahatvo.
