**      Jantantra  ke Samajhi`, Bhaarat ke Samvidhaan ke dil ke samajhi`, Je okar 'Preamble' ha; jekaraa ke hamanike sab Bhaarat Baasi har tarah se maaneli`jaa. 'Preamble' ke alaawe Sambidhaan me` je kuch likhal baa uu badalal jaa sakelaa.

"We the people of India i.e. Bharat having solemnly      resolved to constitute India into a soverein socialist        secular [italices added in 1976] democratic and to       secure all its citizen:

JUSTCE social, economic and political;

LIBERTY, of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship;

EQUALITY of status and of opportunity;

and to promote among them all

FRATERNITY assuring the dignity of the indivisual and    the unity and integrity of the Nation;

IN OUR CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY this twentisixth day of November 1949, DO HEREBY ADOPT, ENACT AND GIVE TO OURSELVES THIS CONSTITUTION."

Janataa 'Samvidhaan' ke badalie sakelaa Janmatsangrahka ke, taaki log aapan 'rrp' jaise PM aur CM ke coonaav kar sake .

[As written above at >> that  how the Priamble-itself     has been altered by 'some people', the why can't the          citizen themselves change the Constitution?

People can certainly change the Constitution by    Referendum, so that the 'rrp' like PM and CM are      elected by the citizen of India and the concerned           States; and get themselves appointed by hook and        crook or by fair or faul means as being done presently      'according to the Constitution'.]

Ee jaroori baa taaki Vidhaayikaa aur Kaaryapaalikaa swatantra hokhe, aur Mantri bane ke oh log ke laalac naa hokhe.

[Referendum: to stop MPs, MLAs to become PM, CMs, Ministers.

This is necessary to make Judiciary independent of Executive and to stop temptation to legislatures of acquiring power by becoming Ministers.]

(3) Nyaaypaalikaa ke Kaaryapaalikaa se Swatantra kare khaatir Bhaarat ke Suprim korT ke Pramukh Nyaayaadheesh ke coonaav Swatantra roop se hokhe, naa ki PM aur Kabinet ke sujhaav ke anusaar. Aur sab dosar Samvaidhyaanik Pado par bahaali swatantra Sansthaa, pranaali se hokhe ke caahi`.

[To make Judiciary independent of Executive, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court must be made by some independent system. The appointment of all the Constitutional Posts shoud be done by an independent organization or system.]

[People and Parties should join together and in 2014 General Election make changes in the Constitution of India by Referendum to achieve the above, instead of providing such right to ‘Middle Men’ like MPs and MLAs who mostly do corrupt politics.]

Janataa aur parTian ke ekjuT ke uupar ke nirnayan ke anusaar Janmatsangrahe ke saath Samvidhaan me` jaroori badlaawo ke praavidhaan; taaki Bichaulian ke Bhrast raajneeti ke khaatmaa ho.

[According to the decisions along with the Referendum, the decision on the relevant revision of the Constitution be made to get rid of the corrupt politics of the ‘Middle Men’.]
