[In the World the use of Sanskrit is reducing. In 1991AD possibly 50 000 persons were using Sanskrit but it reduced         to 14 000 persons in 2001 AD.

Why? This is a matter of thinking.

(2)   Mahatvapoor0Ia Shabdasya prathamam axar aam, ‘Roman Lipyaa’ Vrihadaxare lekhaneeyam. [To indicate the importance of a word, the word may be started with a Capital letter.]

(3)   For ‘Visarga’ sthaane ‘:’ sanketasya prayogam kara0Ieeyam. [ Use of ‘:’ for Visarga is preferred.]

(4)   For writing Devanaagari, D letters in ‘Roman’ R, letters, see the following equivalence of D written in R:
